The Old Tractor Shed
This whole area faces south on the right hand side of the photograph giving us maximum solar gain in the winter when the sun is low in the sky.
In the summer when the sun is high it is sheltered by the underside of a balcony
An hour of sun in the winter raises the temperature to 25 degrees C
